This time I went to “Chatterbox” in Orchard, which is famous for its ultra-premium chicken rice 😃It is a famous restaurant that you may have seen at least once if you are looking for a chicken rice restaurant in Singapore.

General Review
Chatterbox is often referred to as one of the best places in Singapore to eat high quality chicken rice. I have been curious about Chatterbox since I arrived in Singapore, and I was hoping to have a chance to visit there at least once 😃.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is outstanding as it is located in the Hilton Hotel. The service was excellent and I have nothing to complain about. Above all, I was surprised at the quality of the chicken rice. It was clearly different from the chicken rice served at hawkers or food courts.
The chicken rice set cost $25, about 3-4 times the price of chicken rice in town, but I thought it was worth the price.
I highly recommend you to try it 😃.
Atmosphere
The store is located on the 5th floor of the Hilton Hotel in Orchard. As you enter the hotel, you will see signs indicating the location of Chatterbox, so it would be best to follow them.
Appearance
It is indeed a restaurant in a first-class hotel. It is very stylish. It is a relatively casual restaurant with a bright and clean atmosphere. There seems to be no dress code.
Interior
The interior is very bright and open. It is very cozy. In this area, in addition to table seating, we were also able to sit and eat on the soft sofas.
The restaurant was divided into several areas, but was so open that one could not tell the boundary with the hotel.
This time I visited around 12:00 pm on a weekend. When I had previously visited without a reservation, I was told that the restaurant was full and the earliest I could get in was after 2:30 p.m. So this time I made a firm reservation before visiting. So this time I made sure to make a reservation before visiting!

Chicken rice is so famous, but since it is a Singaporean food restaurant, you can eat a variety of other local foods as well. However, the restaurant’s most popular dish is the chicken rice, and most of the customers around me ordered the chicken rice set.
Eating
Mandarin Chicken Rice individual set ($25)
This is the Chicken Rice Set. When it came out, I couldn’t help but suppress my heart racing, “Is this the famous high quality chicken rice set? I couldn’t help but suppress my heart pounding.
The plates served give a sense of luxury.
The chicken is so juicy and tender, it melts in your mouth 😄 It is more tender than any chicken I have ever had. I wonder how the chicken can be so tender lol.
The chili sauce or ginger sauce served with the chicken also enhances the overall flavor of the chicken and provides a nice accent.
The rice itself was also a wonderful combination, with the fluffy cooked rice absorbing all the flavor of the chicken. Put the chicken on top of the rice and shovel it into your mouth along with the special sauce and you have the best chicken rice in the world.
The chicken itself is quite hearty, but it was the chicken rice that made me want to eat more, regardless of the volume of the chicken itself 😄.
Access
Located in the heart of Orchard, it is easily accessible by any means of transportation, MRT or bus. It takes about 5-6 minutes to get there from each station.
Summary
I went there as a tourist because of the famous chicken rice, but it turned out to be a much better experience than I expected. The taste, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch, and I was very pleased to find that it was worth the price.
This is one of those restaurants that I would love to take my friends and family to when they visit from Japan 😄.
Chicken rice at Hawker’s is delicious, but how about trying this kind of luxury once in a while?
