This time I would like to introduce you to the Greek restaurant “Blu Kouzina” in Dempsey 😏 It is a rather large restaurant and was crowded with many people.
This will be my first Greek food review. Please read to the end!

General review
It seems to be quite a famous Greek restaurant in Singapore. The reason why I came to know about this restaurant is because it was ranked in Chope’s Best 100 Restaurants in Singapore. When I actually went there, I found it to be a wonderful restaurant that deserves to be on the Best 100 list 😃.
The restaurant itself is open and comfortable, and above all, the food is very delicious. The food is so good that you will become a fan of Greek food.
The restaurant is lively with many customers, and you feel as if you are in a restaurant at a resort on a trip abroad.
It is a great restaurant for families, groups, vacations, dates😄
Atmosphere
Appearance
The restaurant itself is located on the north side of Dempsey. Dempsey is an area that I personally like very much because of its very relaxed atmosphere.
This is the exterior of the restaurant. It is a very nice structure surrounded by greenery. It looks like a restaurant in a resort area.
Interior
Once you step inside the restaurant, you will find yourself in a wonderful space that is a world away from the outdoors. The interior of the restaurant is also decorated with greenery.
Here is a view of the table seating. I visited around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday, and the restaurant was very crowded. The popularity of the restaurant is evident. I was able to reconfirm that Greek is a globally popular cuisine.
Many outdoor seats are also available. It might be fun to dare to choose outdoor seating for the atmosphere of the restaurant. Around 8pm on Friday, there was still room for outdoor seating. ☺️
Food
The menu list can be viewed on your smartphone by scanning the QR. You order directly from the waiter. I think the weak point of Greek food is that you can’t understand what it is even if you look at the name of the menu.
Now I would like to show you the actual menu I ordered: ☺️
First of all, let’s start with beer, of all things! Cheers! 🍺
It is a beer from a Greek brewery called Mythos Draught. It is very easy to drink with a refreshing taste 😄.
The first item on the menu is a salad. This is the “Horiatiki” menu item.
This is THE Greek Salad. The chunks of cheese placed on top of the salad make it stand out.
From the first item, it was suddenly a bonanza. ☺️ It is an excellent salad. The vegetables are fresh and the salty and sour dressing is very tasty and appetizing. I highly recommend ordering it 😄You can choose between Regular and Half size, and even Half is large enough for two people to share.
Next, I ordered “Garides” from Seafood.
Grilled shrimp. This is also an exquisite dish. The meaty prawns, grilled to the right degree, are very savory and seasoned perfectly! It’s great! Goes great with beer. I can’t get enough of it with lemon.
You can choose the number of prawns on this menu. This time I ordered 1pc. I thought it was 1 shrimp, but I guess it is 2 per pc. ☺️ When it comes to Greek, you can’t miss seafood!
Another dish I was told is Blu Kouzina’s popular “Beef Kalamaki”.
Kalamaki is a Greek-style skewer. It seems to be one of the street food in Greece, but the kalamaki here is very juicy and meaty beef. I could choose how much I want it grilled. ☺️
The accompanying yogurt-flavored sauce is also very tasty and refreshing, and by dipping it in this sauce, you can eat the beef without worrying about its fatty taste. It is quite satisfying to eat just one piece. No wonder it is so popular!

I really appreciated the variety in size and the number of pieces on a plate. I think the price is very reasonable if you share the food with several people😄The taste is excellent and the price is very satisfying.
Summary
A great Greek restaurant that I can highly recommend.
The restaurant is versatile for any occasion, but I thought it would be best enjoyed with a group of friends, sharing the food 😄 Dining at Dempsey is a little more special and fun 😄.
You may dare to choose outdoor seating. Don’t forget to make a reservation when you go!
