I went to “One Fattened Calf Burgers” in Buona Vista. It was recommended to me by a Singaporean friend!

The store is located on the first floor of Galaxis shopping mall, directly connected to One North station, and the MRT entrance is right next to the store.
Interior
Here is a view of the table seating. In addition, there is counter seating for about 5 people on the entrance side of the restaurant. The entire restaurant has a capacity for about 15 people. The restaurant itself is not that large, and was fully booked when we visited during lunch on a weekend.
The restaurant’s kitchen is relatively spacious and each meat is carefully grilled one by one. Hence, it takes some time for the burgers to be served. In my case, I was offered a drink and fries first, and then the burger was served about 15 minutes later.

There are five types of burgers to choose from. The most popular seems to be the cheeseburger. A set menu of fries and a drink can be added to this burger.
In addition to Regular fries, Cheese and Truffle Fries are also available. For a set order, you can upgrade to Cheese and Truffle Fries for +$2.5.
For drinks, golden lime juice is the restaurant’s top choice and is highly recommended.

OFC CheeseBurger Combo $19.9
I ordered the CheeseBurger Combo, the most popular item in the restaurant, with regular fries and a lime juice drink.
First, fries and a drink are served. The fries are a bit on the thicker side, salty and satisfying. You can finish them in no time at all. The lime juice, the restaurant’s specialty, has a nice sour taste and goes very well with the fries, as does the sorbet.
About 15 minutes after the fries and drink are served, the burger is served. The burger was really excellent. First of all, the bun is very fluffy. Then, the beef inside. The juices are flowing out of the beef. It is extremely juicy and delicious. Moreover, it is thick.
I don’t have to tell you how well it goes with cheese. I love hamburgers from major chains, but these burgers are different from those, with the high quality that only homemade burgers can offer. I think it is a great hamburger that can satisfy everyone from adults to children. The taste is made possible by the careful attention to detail that goes into each and every item.
Access
It is located on the first floor of a shopping mall called Galaxis, which is directly connected to the One North Circle Line station. Therefore, it is very convenient to take the MRT.
Summary
If you want a hamburger that is different from the big chains, I would recommend this place first. The restaurant is located on the west side of the city, a place that is not usually visited, and the customers are almost exclusively local people. I think this restaurant is not well known to foreigners. I found out about this restaurant through a recommendation from a Singaporean friend, so I knew I could rely on the information from the locals.
Everyone should try this super juicy hamburger at least once, and since they also do Delivery, you might want to try it there as well.
